What people ask before trying
Do I need to buy hardware?
No. Poudra runs on the Android phone or iPhone your operator already carries, and in a browser at the office. No box to install in the trucks.
What about when there is no signal?
The app keeps working. Arrivals, departures, photos and spreadings are kept on the phone, then sent by themselves when the signal returns.
Why a card for the trial?
So the trial carries on without interruption in the middle of the season. Nothing is charged for 14 days, and you cancel online, without calling anyone.
Do you handle Quebec taxes?
Yes. GST and QST in Quebec, HST in the Atlantic provinces, with your registration numbers printed on every invoice. Rates are frozen on the invoice when it is issued.
Do my customers need an account?
No. Contract, invoice and visit tracking open from a secure link received by text or email.
What happens to my data if I leave?
You export everything in one click, at any time. After a cancellation, your data is kept for 90 days.
