Every entry goes into a queue on the phone and leaves as soon as the network is back, in order. The sync screen shows what is waiting; an entry the server refuses can be retried or dropped by hand, and never blocks the others.
02Photos and de-icer
From arrival, and still after “Left”: photo before, photo after. De-icer is noted in two taps, no keyboard. A proof photo and a de-icer line can be neither changed nor deleted.
03Position
The app records the phone’s position when “Arrived” is tapped. Without GPS the visit is still recorded, and the proof record says the position comes from the property file.
04My profile
The Profile tab shows your name, role and company. There you change your name, phone, language and password, turn on two-factor authentication, and choose how the dispatcher calls you out when a storm is confirmed: notification on the phone, text message or email. Turning everything off is your right; they will call you.
